Shipping and Refund Policy


Products are shipped using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Exceptions apply if payment has not been verified or information is incomplete. We will communicate with you through the email you provide with your order.  Please make sure the email you provide is correct.
Many of our products must be shipped ground only as they contain chemicals that cannot be shipped by air. Our website is not sophisticated enough to automatically default to a ground service if you order chemicals. It is the customer's responsibility to choose "FedEx Ground" as the shipping method. Please remember that FedEx Ground cannot ship to a PO Box.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. You will be sent a tracking number via the email you provided with your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages sent to a 3rd party or to incorrect address, as packages are shipped to the address provided. If a package is lost, you can make a claim with the postal carrier.  

International orders may be delayed as they are sometimes held in customs or by the delivery service. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Items containing certain chemicals cannot be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States. Be sure to source the chemicals you need locally before ordering.


Items in their original condition and packaging may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping charges if returned within 10 days of receipt. Please be aware that chemicals cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds.  After 10 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All warranties on products apply.


If you receive your package and the contents are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can help you file a claim and replace damaged items. Please keep all of the original packaging material as this will be necessary to file the claim.
